Cary maintains a historic-preservation program and a municipal stormwater system. Planned-neighborhood infrastructure does not remove the need to verify lot drainage, easements, local landmarks, and permits for the particular scope.

General citywide information can't tell you a specific parcel's flood status, historic-district standing, buffer requirements, soil behavior, or what's hidden in the existing construction -- get those confirmed by the relevant authority and your chosen provider before anything starts.
